Coming Late October 2026: BioCraft USA 3D-Printed Orthotic & Prosthetic Solutions
BioCraft USA is preparing to launch a new initiative focused on accessible, customizable 3D-printed orthotic, prosthetic, orthopedic, and rehabilitation components.
In partnership with staff and students from Kettering University, BioCraft USA is developing adaptive components designed to support practitioners, clinical labs, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals in delivering successful patient outcomes. Launching in October 2026, the program will offer flexible options for both clinic-ready products and digital manufacturing resources.
Product Manufacturing
BioCraft USA will manufacture and ship clinic-ready products directly to clinical labs, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals for fabrication and use. This option is designed for providers who need dependable, ready-to-integrate components without managing in-house production.
Digital Download Catalog
For clinics equipped with medical 3D printers, BioCraft USA will provide access to a secure database of digital CAD files. Practitioners will be able to download files, scale them to individual patient measurements, and print orthopedic devices on-site—helping reduce shipping delays and increase flexibility in patient care.
Stay tuned: More details will be shared as BioCraft USA prepares for its October 2026 launch.
